New Addition to the Chairman's Award - PepsiCo's Highest Honor
The Chairman's Award is the highest honor at PepsiCo. It recognizes and rewards those individuals and teams who have distinguished themselves as truly extraordinary and serve as an inspiration to all of us. Who Was Harvey C. Russell?
Harvey C. Russell became the first African-American vice president of a major international corporation when he was appointed Vice President, Pepsi-Cola, in 1962. He spent his 32-year career at PepsiCo promoting the company and creating a legacy of excellence in corporate citizenship.

Eligibility
Within PepsiCo, the Harvey C. Russell Inclusion Award is intended to recognize employees for their "above and beyond" accomplishments in the areas of diversity and inclusion. Active employees in all countries are eligible, and teams or individuals may be nominated.
